Maheur Mourali

Board Member 

  • Maheur is a Chief Investment Officer at The Arab Energy Fund in Saudi Arabia (ex APICORP)
  • Prior to that, Maheur was Chief Investment Officer in Al Hokair Group. He has over 20 years of experience leading and closing deals, inspiring teams, and creating value through effective management and visionary leadership
  • Maheur has a strong expertise in originating, leading and closing corporate finance deals in diversified sectors (utilities, oil & gas, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial services, fintech, retail etc)
  • Prior to The Arab Energy Fund, Maheur was Senior Executive Advisor for the National Center For Privatization & PPP, Executive Director at Swicorp, Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions at BNP Paribas
  • Maheur is graduated in Finance and Economics from the prestigious École Polytechnique in 2002. He also speaks three languages French, Arabic and English

Basma AlSunaidi

Chairman of the Board

Basmah is a partner and vice chairman at Impact46. The firm is a Saudi licensed asset management firm by the Capital Market Authority. It manages multiple venture capital funds focused on investment in technology companies based in the MENA region, in addition to providing advisory and arranging services for entities that are seeking to list in the Saudi market. Since its establishment in 2019, Impact46 has invested in +35 companies with +$1 billion assets under management.

Basmah also serves on boards and committees of several leading corporations; including:

    • Board and remuneration committee member in Rasan Information Technology Company
    • Board member in Syarah company which operates in the field of car sales and the provision of e-services
    • Board member in Zid Holding Company, an Emirati company registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market operating in the field of e-commerce

  • Zied Toumi is seasoned investment banker with deep expertise in investment banking advisory and capital markets. He has a strong track record; having led over 30 IPOs and investment banking transactions since 2004 in sectors such as healthcare, technology, real estate, food processing, e-commerce, education, manpower solutions, retail, manufacturing and others.
  • Zied is the Founder, Vice Chairman of the Board, CEO, and Head of Arranging at Ezdihar Partners for Investment. Zied has played a pivotal role in high-profile deals, including Yansab, Kayan, Dallah Healthcare, Al Hammadi, Jahez, Nahdi Medical Company, Lumi Car Rental, Rasn, and Nice One IPOs, as well as corporate finance transactions such as the Saudi German Hospital restructuring pre-IPO, Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital Private Placement, Awazel Private Placement, SMASCO Private Placement, Gulfwest Buy-Side Acquisition and others.
  • Zied has also developed an IPO Masterclass in collaboration with the Financial Academy and CMA, completing 5 successful sessions to date.
